Amrit Yoga Institute was founded by Gurudev Shri Amritji, who is one of the handful of gurus who came to America from India in the early 1960's.

AYI's primary focus is to ensure these sacred yogic teachings become and remain accessible to practitioners worldwide.

During the pandemic, the were forced like many to offer online training to be able to still function and keep their institute afloat. But the faced one dilemma that was guidance and support to be able to achieve online success.

The Challenge

Being forced to offer for the first time their teacher certifications via solely online they needed a strategy and solution that would help ensure they achieved their desired goal for their teacher trainings. While also providing value to their community.

Our Solution

To ensure good results we approached this project with a Masterclass series launch. Similar to the previous challenge launch this was a multi-day launch, this launch ran for 6 days.

The difference to the challenge model this presented participants with daily deep dives into all the aspects AYI will teach in their upcoming teacher trainings.

The goal with this launch model was to provide tons of upfront value to the participants which has shown to increase conversions at the end.

The Results

We brought in 536 participants to their masterclass series launch. This core offer (certifications) were much higher ticket than the previous launch.

The end result of this launch series generated $64,876 in revenue even with some technical glitches that happened during the launch.
